Lansing, Michigan, February 4, 2004 ? Capital Consultants, Inc. (CC) and Wells Mansfield, Inc. (WMI) announce they have signed a Letter of Understanding formalizing a strategic marketing affiliation.
CC, an engineering and technology firm, and WMI, a civil engineering, surveying and land planning firm, formed the affiliation for the purposes of delivering their respective services more effectively to their clients.
