HOLLYWOOD, FL- - Intertech Construction Corp. announces a recent change in the corporate structure of the International, 32 year old, commercial builder/developer. Chairman of the Board, and Founder, Arthur Stadlen is stepping down as President and relinquishing the leadership position to his son, Joseph Stadlen, former Vice President of the firm. Joseph Stadlen has been with the company for seven years, and for the past five years, the company has increased sales 50% per year. The success of Intertech Construction Corp. is a reflection of its new President?s business philosophy and vision, based on the principles of his Father?s blueprint for success, with integrity, dedication and commitment to excellence. Arthur Stadlen, as Chairman, will continue to serve the board, and advise Joseph Stadlen, while pursuing other activities.
A respected young entrepreneur in South Florida, Joseph Stadlen currently serves on the Board of Directors for Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and Hollywood Playhouse, and volunteers his personal time by Chairing and teaching the citywide division of the National program, Preparing Youth for Industry.
