Hill International Promotes Dennis M. Foss To Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer

Hill International, Inc., the worldwide construction consulting firm, announced today that Dennis M. Foss has been promoted to Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer where he will be directly responsible for managing human resources, recruiting, information technology and corporate administration. Prior to this promotion, Foss was the company's Vice President and Chief Information Officer, overseeing all information technology efforts for the company's finance and operating groups.
Foss joined Hill in 1999. Prior to that, he had been Managing Partner of AHI, a construction materials company, Chief Financial Officer of Affinity Biotech, and Executive Vice President of Shelter Systems Group. Foss earned his B.S. in Accounting from California State University at Sacramento.
"Dennis has done an outstanding job since he joined Hill three years ago," said Irvin E. Richter, Hill's Chairman and CEO. "He has earned not only my trust and respect but that of our entire senior management team," Richter added.
