W. E. O?Neil Construction Co. of Arizona Kicks Off the New Year By Adding Additional Staff

PHOENIX, AZ (January 8) ? The employee list is still growing at W.E. O?Neil Construction Co. of Arizona with the additions of Bill Rynd and Randy Shull. Mr. Rynd has joined the Phoenix office of O'Neil as Director of Operations and will be responsible for managing and directing all operations staff in such a manner as to realize client and company objectives. He brings 19 years experience in construction with an extensive background in Arizona construction, primarily in educational and commercial facilities.
"Bill will be instrumental in providing management and technical support to ensure projects under construction are complying with O'Neil's established methods, policies, and procedures," says Scott Dombrowski, President of the Phoenix office. "He will be a tremendous asset to the O'Neil leadership team."
W.E. O'Neil Construction also welcomes Randy Shull as Project Superintendent. He joins O?Neil with over 36 years in the construction industry, with a widespread background in residential (custom homes) and tenant improvement construction. Mr. Shull is currently working on-site at the Whiteriver Elementary School located on the White Mountain Apache Indian Reservation in Whiteriver, AZ.
O'Neil Construction currently has the following jobs in the Phoenix area: Deer Valley High School No. 5, Durango Juvenile Courts & Detention Facility, Ft. McDowell Hotel/RV Park, Westin Vacation Club at Kierland, Residence Inn - Goodyear, and the Holiday Inn at Ocotillo.
