NORCROSS, Ga., -- Reed Construction Data (formerly CMD), a world wide market leader and provider of quality construction information products and services, today announced the appointment of JohnWeatherhead, executive vice president of Custom Publishing for Reed Construction Data's Regional Publications to the American Road & Transportation Association's (ARTBA) board of directors.
