Perini Names Michael E. Ciskey Chief Financial Officer

FRAMINGHAM, Mass.--Nov. 19, 2003--Perini Corporation (AMEX:PCR), a leading building, civil construction and construction management company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael E. Ciskey to the position of Vice President, Chief Financial Officer effective November 19, 2003. In his new position, Mr. Ciskey will be responsible for all financial and accounting matters for Perini Corporation and subsidiaries. He will report to Robert Band, President and Chief Operating Officer. <p> Mr. Ciskey was most recently Vice President, Corporate Controller for Perini Corporation since April 12, 1999. Prior to that, he served as Vice President, Operations Controller since May 1998. Mr. Ciskey joined the Company in 1979 as Controller for Negev Airbase Constructors, a Perini sponsored Joint Venture until 1981. He was on the Corporate Controller's staff through 1984, and has served as Vice President, Division Controller for various Perini civil construction business units from 1984 to 1998. He previously held various accounting/control positions for a Division of ITT and received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Delaware State College in 1972.
