Executive Level Changes at W.E. O'Neil Construction Co. of Arizona

PHOENIX, AZ (November 20) ? Not only has W. E. O?Neil Construction Co. of Arizona been growing their field staff, but they've also been making some changes to their executive level staffing. At the company's August Board Meeting, Scott Dombrowski was elected President of the Arizona office, taking the place of John Hobbs. Mr. Dombrowski has been an O'Neil employee since 1984, where he started his career with W.E. O'Neil Construction of Chicago. He transferred to the Phoenix office in 2000, where he took on the role of Project Executive.
John Hobbs will be stepping into the newly created position of Arizona Regional Manager, where he will serve as a mentor to both Scott Dombrowski and T.L. Roof & Associate's President, Tommy Roof (the Tucson subsidiary of O'Neil Industries). Mr. Hobbs will also continue to develop the O'Neil Luxury Homes Company, where he will be involved in the company's second luxury home project. Mr. Hobbs has been President of W.E. O'Neil Construction Co. of Arizona since its inception in 1990.
Also at the August Board Meeting, Art O'Neil was elected to the Board of Directors for W.E. O'Neil Construction Co. Mr. O'Neil is the great grandson of the founder of O'Neil Industries and the son of the active Chairman. "These promotions are a continuation of the master plan to expand capabilities and develop more depth, which have been in the works for some time," says John Hobbs.
O?Neil Construction has been operating in Arizona since 1982. The firm is a subsidiary of the Chicago-based O?Neil Industries family of companies with regional offices located in Los Angeles, Walnut Creek, Tucson (T.L. Roof), and Denver.
