New York, N.Y., July 8, 2003 - Peter J. Davoren, president of Turner Construction Company, announced that Pasquale (Pat) A. Di Filippo has been promoted to senior vice president and general manager for Texas,including offices in Dallas and Houston.
Di Filippo began his Turner career in the New York office as a field engineer/assistant superintendent in 1984. He assumed positions of greater responsibility in the years to follow, including project superintendent, chief purchasing agent and manager of business development, all in New York. In 1998, he was promoted to vice president and regional business manager for the New York, New Jersey and Philadelphia offices. In 1999, he assumed the role of vice president and general manager for the New Jersey office.
Di Filippo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, N.J.
