HOUSTON--Sept. 19, 2003--3D/I has promoted Paul Brown to senior vice president. Brown joined 3D/I in February 2003 and is the project definition practice leader. He is responsible for the delivery of project definition services, including programming, esthetic definition, design guidelines, master plan integration, project process and delivery strategies. Brown's use of pre-construction services helps create a clear understanding early in the process. <p> In celebration of its promotions, 3D/I has posted 120 employee briefs on its public Web site (www.3di.com).
