HOUSTON-Sept. 19, 2003--3D/I has promoted Kevin Wagner to senior vice president. Wagner has been with 3D/I since January 2000 and is an operations officer for the Northwest Region (San Francisco and Sacramento offices). He is responsible for the sustained profitability of the Northwest Region and the continued satisfaction of clients and teams, including the Mt. Diablo Unified School District, Fremont Union High School District and Monterey Peninsula Unified School District. <p>
