PARSIPPANY, New Jersey, July 22, 2003 ? Skanska USA Building Inc. said today that it has named Gary D. Meggison, P.E., President of its Colorado Division.
Meggison was serving as Senior Vice President of the Colorado Division for The Weitz Company, a full-service general contractor based in Des Moines, Iowa. He was primarily responsible for pre-construction and business development. He joined Weitz in 1984 as a Field Engineer and held a number of leadership positions throughout his 19-year career with the company.

Meggison, 45, holds a B.S. degree in civil engineering and an M.B.A from the University of Colorado. He is a member of the board of Associated General Contractors of Colorado, a licensed professional engineer (Colorado), Construction Supervisor A-City and County of Denver and Construction Supervisor?Class A ICBO RCSE.
