PARSIPPANY, New Jersey, July7, 2003- Skanska USA Building Inc. has named H. Jessie Brewer president of its Carolinas division. <p>The New Jersey-based construction company has offices in Raleigh, Charlotte and Winston-Salem. <p>Brewer most recently was executive vice president of Charlotte-based Centex Construction Co.'s Southeast division. <p>He replaces Paul Bartos, who has transferred to Skanska's Atlanta office to head the company's light-commercial group. <p>Skanska markets construction, pre-construction consulting, general contracting and design services to several industries, including the educational, technology, transportation and entertainment sectors.
