BE&K Construction Company Names Bryson Edmonds Vice President

BIRMINGHAM, Ala.---July 30, 2003--BE&K Construction Company announced today that Bryson Edmonds is the new vice president of construction services.
"Bryson will play a critical role in maximizing team performance on project execution," said BE&K COO and Executive Vice President John Redmon. Edmonds will be responsible for all project cost, schedule and jobsite administrative functions. The heavy industrial construction projects in BE&K's portfolio typically have a dedicated workforce of 50 to 500 people.
Edmonds has over 10 years of construction and management experience with BE&K. He is a professional engineer and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Civil Engineering Degree from the University of Virginia. Edmonds has worked in construction cost, scheduling, field engineering, subcontract administration, and start-up functions. He also served as executive assistant to CEO Mike Goodrich and most recently, as CEO of AllStates, the BE&K technical staffing subsidiary.
