Beazer Homes, D.R. Horton, Centex Homes and Sundt Among Home Builders Concerned about the Environmental Impact of Concrete Washout

Elk Grove, CA.-May 2, 2003-Concrete Washout Systems, Inc., a division of Elk Grove Waste Management, announced several major national and local homebuilders are using the Concrete Washout Bin and related services on their construction sites.

The national and local homebuilders and contractors currently using the Concrete Washout Bin include; Beazer Homes USA, Inc. (NYSE: BZH), DR Horton, Inc. (NYSE: DHI), Centex Homes, Sundt Companies, Inc., JR Roberts (www.jrroberts.com), USA Properties (www.usapropfund.com), CC Meyers and Sinclair Concrete.

"We are very excited and pleased that some of the nations largest homebuilders are taking notice of our product and service so quickly," stated Mark Jenkins, President and Co-Founder. "Beazer, DR Horton, Sundt, as well as the local companies who recently signed on, are among the leaders in the building industry and are concerned about the environmental impact of concrete washout materials,? added Mark.

"The Concrete Washout Bin virtually eliminated our concerns over SWPP (Storm Water Pollution Prevention) violations relating to concrete washout,? stated an onsite superintendent from Beazer Homes. "SWPP problems are gone and our streets are clean. We are extremely happy with the Concrete Washout Bin,? added Tom King, Northern California Superintendent for Sundt Companies.

The patent-pending Concrete Washout Bin is a portable, self-contained and watertight bin that controls, captures and contains concrete washout material and runoff. The bin replaces the old washout sites, which are costly, unsightly and damaging to the environment and allows drivers to clean their trucks, pumps and equipment on site. Concrete Washout Systems will haul away concrete washout material in the washout bin and recycle the water and contents in an environmentally friendly manner, which relieves the homebuilder and contractor of the burden.
